I'm here to serve you!

This is a very difficult time for so many people.

I do hope that you are staying healthy and well, and making the most of your time at home.

Self care is so so so important right now.  The best defense we have against the stress and potential for illness is to take care of our physical and mental well being.

I am more committed than ever to providing services that help you live your very best life. 

People are sharing with me that it’s hard to workout because their gym is closed, or their kids are home, or they don’t know what exercises to do with their limited equipment. 

Or they are struggling with making good food choices because of limited access to good food, lack of home cooking knowledge or because of stress.

I want to do everything I can to help you through this time.  I really believe we can come out of this thing better and stronger, but it will take work, and we will have to all pull together.

I have been creating lots of free content such as mini workouts on my Instagram page, pantry and budget friendly recipes on both IG and Facebook and I also have a free self-care challenge group on Facebook that you can join for extra support and accountability.  

While my physical studio space may not be able to open for the foreseeable future, I am working hard to create virtual programs for you to do at home asap.

Virtual Classes and Personal Training Starting April 6, 2020

I am excited to be able to support your wellness goals during social distancing. I have created a variety of programs that I hope will suit your needs:

  • Virtual Personal Training – delivered through Zoom or Facetime; one on one customized workout for you at home with my coaching and oversight, using whatever equipment you have
  • Home Cooking Made Simple E-Course – video cooking lessons and recipes delivered by email weekly for 6 weeks (coming soon)
  • Empowered Movement at Home – a series of live zoom group fitness classes at different times where I will lead you through a full body workout in real time.  
  • Group Mindset Coaching – A weekly zoom call where I will offer tools for resiliency to help us all make the most of this stressful time.
