Should you use a fitness tracker? Is it compatible with intuitive movement? Is it possible to move for joy while tracking?
Short answer- I don’t know.
Long answer – there’s a lot of things to consider to help you decide if it’s right or wrong for you.
At the end of the day, your relationship with the data your tracker provides is a lot more significant than the data itself.
