EP 85 -The Joy of Ultra Running – Trail Sisters’ Story
Show Notes
Everyone has a different definition of what joyful movement means to them.
On this episode, we are joined by four of my dear friends who recently participated in an ultra trail marathon, where they all ran more than 50 km, overnight, through a bush. And they LIKED it (I just cannot imagine!)
And while each of them had their low points during the race, they all came out smiling. Their joy for the sport is palpable, and infectious.
Tune in to hear their inspiring stories where they share their “why” for running, including how they coach themselves through the tough times, and what running has taught them about themselves and life in general.
