It’s no secret that sitting at a desk wreaks havoc on your body. If your job involves working at a computer, you’ll be all too familiar with the stiff neck and shoulders, tight hips and low back pain that tend to accompany this type of work.
Not only that, prolonged sitting has an effect on our circulatory system that increases your risk for chronic health problems – some call office work “the new smoking”.
In this episode we’ll explore how to mitigate that risk and get feeling looser and more limber immediately by taking specific, intentional action.
