Do you ever feel like despite your best set plans, sometimes you really struggle to find the energy and motivation to move your body at the end of the day?

A lot can happen over the course of a day that can influence our desire to exercise – stressful day at work, unexpected emergencies, demands on your time and energy – it makes sense that some days are harder than others to feel motivated.

The usual advice is, just get it done first thing in the morning.  But if you’re not a morning person, that is just as hard and requires a lot of willpower, so usually doesn’t last.

So what’s an evening exerciser to do?
