Join me for a donation-based virtual group fitness class each Saturday morning.
Each class looks a little different, but we will always get a well rounded workout, that will help you feel energized, stronger, more mobile and more flexible.
Classes are between 30-60 minutes in length.

Class variations include: Functional strength training; mobility and stretch; posture and core; HIIT; Yoga Sculpt
By registering, you’ll be added to an email list which will let you know what to expect and what equipment you’ll need for that Saturday’s class. You choose each week whether you would like to attend that class or not.
All fitness levels/abilities welcome. Modifications will be provided to make class accessible.
