3 Simple Steps to Get Moving YOUR Way

Step 1: Fill Out an Application

Fill out a quick application to see if we’re a good fit.

This helps me understand:

– Your unique movement history and challenges

– What success looks like for you

– How I can best support your journey

*Important note:  I am not a weight loss coach.  Sometimes bodies change as a result of physical activity, but it’s not something we focus on in our work.  If weight loss is your primary goal, I’m probably not the best coach for you.

Step 2: Get Your Custom Program

Once accepted, we’ll schdule your Springboard Session where we’ll talk about your goals, history with exercise.  I’ll also conduct a fitness assessment so I’m clear on where we’re starting from.

Then I’ll get to work creating your custom movement plan, where every move is designed for your goals,  abilities and preferences.

You’ll receive 2-3 complete strength and mobility workouts delivered via our free fitness app, scheduled out a month at a time (don’t worry – you can move things around as needed).

Step 3: Receive Ongoing Support and Real Results

Text me anytime through our app.  You can even send videos of your exercises so I can check your form

All of your exercises come with video and written instructions, so you’ll know exacty what to do each session

Every Friday you send me a quick update.  I’ll adjust your program or offer mindset coaching as needed

Each month you’ll get a whole new program based on your results so you keep making progress toward your goals

I was the kid picked last for every sports team. Now, as a Size Inclusive Fitness Specialist living with chronic illness, I understand firsthand how traditional fitness fails people like us.

Kimberly had extensive experience with exercise but followed a “no pain, no gain” approach, often pushing herself to the point of injury.

After stepping away, she sought a more sustainable and body-respecting movement practice but felt resistance to exercise.

Together, we worked to rebuild trust between her and her body through embodied movement practices, focusing on consent and tuning into her body’s needs.

Now, Kimberly enjoys increased core strength, improved endurance, and the ability to work out consistently on her own, without always needing a trainer.

When I met Courtney, she was experiencing  a medical issue that had weakened her strength and affected her balance, leaving her feeling unsafe returning to group fitness.

We focused on low-impact movements that gradually built her strength, while ensuring her balance was safely challenged.

Six months later, Courtney confidently participates in group fitness classes, knowing how to modify to suit her abilities.

Courtney shared, “Kim always meets you where you’re at and doesn’t hesitate to modify. You can tell her what your body needs.”

Jane had both knees and hips replaced and was using a cane to walk short distances, with limited core and upper body strength. She was afraid of falling and not being able to get back up.

Her goals were to improve overall conditioning, walk without a cane, and get up and down off the floor.

We began with chair workouts, progressing to wall support, and eventually moving freely with full-body movements.

After two months, Jane was walking and doing stairs without a cane, and by four months, she could get up off the floor using an inchworm plank.

I’ll get to work creating a customized movement plan tailored to your current level and designed to meet you where you are, providing just enough challenge to help you progress toward your goals, without causing you pain or zapping all your energy.

 This isn’t a cookie-cutter workout—it’s a plan that fits your life and your body.

Feel Confident in Your Technique after our Monthly Session

(45 Minutes)

We’ll meet for a 45-minute personal training session where I’ll walk you through your program, ensuring you understand the exercises, proper form, and how to get the most out of your plan.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on your program, and I’ll make adjustments in real time, as necessary.

This can take place in person if you’re local, or over zoom.

Never Feel Alone with Access to Our App and Text Support

You’ll have access to a mobile app where you can follow your customized program, complete with videos and written instructions for each movement.  Inside the app, you can leave me notes, ask questions, and send videos of yourself to get feedback on your technique.

This tool helps you stay connected and supported between sessions.

Receive Continuous Support via our Weekly Check In

Each week you’ll receive a check in form where you can update me on your progress, what’s working well and where you’re struggling.  I’ll review your form and adjust your program accordingly or offer you coaching on your stuck points.

Cost: $825 or $275 monthly for 3 months

I will supervise you as you work through your program, offering input on technique, ensuring that you stay safe, while encouraging you to stretch your comfort zone and challenge yourself so that you’re constantly progressing and ensuring you reach your goals.

FAQs

With the virtual program, can I complete my workouts at home, or do I need to join a gym?

You pick!  I’ll work with whatever you’re most comfortable with.  I can even send you ideas for outdoors or at your desk at work!

Do I need to have a bunch of fitness equipment at home?

Nope!  We’ll work with what you have, and can even make use of common household items like books, laundry baskets and cans.  If I feel like certain equipment will benefit you, I’ll make recommendations while considering your budget and space available.

What happens if I miss a scheduled session?
  • I’ll never rap your knuckles if you skip a session.  I trust you to decide when you need to rest.  
  • For real time personal training sessions, we allow 2 reschedules per month without penalty.  
  • For virtual programs, you can move your sessions around in the app, or split them into pieces – there’s lots of ways to customize my recommendations to fit your life and to listen to your body.  If you’re struggling with motivation to move and are missing multiple sessions, I’ll inquire if everything is ok and offer mindset coaching.
Do I need a personal trainer or a body acceptance coach?

This is a great question! And to tell you the truth, many of the women who come to me thinking they want a personal trainer actually end up hiring me for coaching.

If you struggle with: 

  • motivation and consistency with exercise 
  • being all or nothing and are tired of starting and stopping 
  • feeling like exercise is torture, or something that you “should do” to lose weight or tone up 
  • using exercise as a way to earn or burn food 
  • feeling like everything in your life would be better if you could just drop 20 lbs

 —- then my friend, BODY ACCEPTANCE COACHING is the best fit for you! 

These struggles won’t be solved by having me “whip you into shape”.

Doing so will only end you back in the same place, unless you dig into the root of the issue…. how you THINK about exercise, your body and yourself

What if I really, like really, hate anything that resembles exercise?

You’re so not alone; this is quite common especially if you have a history of using exercise as a punishment for eating or to burn calories.  For many of my clients, when they’re starting out, their program doesn’t include any sort of traditional exercise.  We focus more on stretching, mobility, and gentle movement.  It requires a bit of patience, but the goal initially is to create a new relationship with movement where you learn to be attuned to your body’s needs and using movement as a way to feel better (not change your appearance).  This rebuilds a sense of trust that movement is safe and eventually, you’ll feel ready to add in more traditional types of exercise.
