I’ve had a rocky relationship with exercise most of my life. As a child I was teased for being slow and clumsy so I avoided anything athletic. But then later, when dieting was my full time job, exercise became a powerful way for me to control my body.

Even though I felt strong and successful when I would workout, I still struggled with motivation and exercise always felt like a chore – something I HAD to do to earn or burn food. I thought that my struggles with motivation were my fault. That I wasn’t disciplined enough or didn’t have enough willpower. I stayed stuck in this all or nothing cycle…

Until I learned the secret to lasting motivation and consistency.

Despite what the fitness influencers would have you believe, you don’t need to join a 12 week challenge.

What Exactly is Discover Joyful Movement?

Discover Joyful Movement is different than any other program you’ve tried.  This isn’t just a challenge where you follow the workouts for 12 weeks and then go back to “normal” (aka – stuck) again after.

Inside this course you’ll receive a variety of movement videos so you can experiment with different types and intensities of movement in the privacy of your own home to find what feels best for you and your body.

But even if you don’t use any of the videos, you will still get moving more and make real progress toward your fitness goals.

That’s because you’ll be addressing the root problem behind your lack of motivation – your movement mindset.

The Discover Joyful Movement Course will help you unlearn all the BS messaging that you’ve internalized from the fitness industry:
