I’m back from my summer podcasting break, and though I was quiet, lots has been happening behind the scenes.
In this episode, I share a little update about what I’ve been up to personally and professionally over the summer months.
During my time away, I took time to reflect and evaluate on my business and I feel a renewed sense of passion and vision going forward.
Now, more than ever, I’m aware of just how many people the fitness industry leaves behind, and I’m on a mission to change that. Far too many people are missing out on the amazing benefits of moving their body because toxic fitspo makes fitness seem hard and out of reach.
My mission is to make movement accessible, safe and enjoyable for ALL women so they can feel and function their best while meeting their body where it’s at.
