EP 90 – Fitness Motivation Sayings that are Anything But: “We All Have the Same 24 Hours in a Day”
Show Notes:
It’s true we all have 24 hours in a day, but we don’t have the SAME 24 hours.
This common fitspo phrase implies that no matter one’s circumstances or values, fitness should be a top priority; that it’s simply a matter of deciding to choose working out over other activities.
The truth is we all have different demands on our time, energy and mental resources. We all have different priorities and values. Movement matters, and also, you get to decide how much it matters to you.
Tune in to learn how to drop the weight of judgement and become the boss of your body and the manager of your priorities.
